Noble Gold Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Referrer Eligibility.

To participate, the Referrer must:

• be an existing Noble Gold client in good standing;
• be a natural person, age 18 or older; and
• reside in the United States.

1.2 Ineligible Participants.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Noble Gold employees, contractors, consultants, and their household members;
• individuals engaged in affiliate marketing, paid lead generation, or referral-for-hire programs;
• any person prohibited by law from participating.

2. ELIGIBLE REFERRALS

2.1 Definition of a "Referral."

A Referral is an individual who:

• is not a current or former Noble Gold client;
• is not already in Noble Gold's CRM or lead database;
• is not the recipient of marketing communications from Noble Gold;
• has a personal relationship with the Referrer; and
• receives the Referrer's permission to share their information.

2.2 Prohibited Referral Types.

The following referrals are not eligible:

• self-referrals;
• referrals from the same household;
• referrals using fictitious identities, mass emails, or purchased lists;
• referrals submitted without the prospect's consent.

3. QUALIFIED TRADE REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Qualified Trade.

A Referral becomes a "Qualified Referral" only after the referred individual ("Referred Client") completes a first-time precious metals purchase that:

• meets the minimum trade amount displayed in the current promotional offer;
• is fully funded, cleared, and verified by Noble Gold;
• occurs within the promotional period; and
• is not canceled, refunded, or rescinded.

3.2 Company Determination Final.

Noble Gold's determination of whether a trade qualifies for a referral payment is final.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 Payment Amount.

Payment amounts are posted on the Program page and are based on the Referred Client's Qualified Trade amount.

4.2 Payment Form.

Eligible Referrers may choose between:

• Amazon Gift Card; or
• My Digital Money account credit, if available.

4.3 Payment Issuance.

Payments will be issued within thirty (30) days after verification that the trade is qualified and final.

4.4 Non-Transferability.

Payments may not be transferred, assigned, redeemed for anything other than an Amazon Gift Card or Crypto Currency, or combined with other offers.

4.5 Limitations.

Noble Gold may limit the number of payments any individual may receive.

5. REFERRER OBLIGATIONS

5.1 No Investment Advice.

Referrers may not:

• provide investment, financial, or tax advice;
• make statements regarding expected returns, performance, or safety of metals;
• describe pricing, markups, or spreads.

All product information and explanations must come from Noble Gold representatives.

5.2 No Unauthorized Marketing.

Referrers may not:

• advertise the Program publicly;
• promote the Program using ads, sponsored posts, SEO, email blasts, or paid traffic;
• use Noble Gold branding, logos, or proprietary materials.

Only personal, one-to-one referrals are permitted.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION; AML COMPLIANCE

6.1 Fraud Review.

All referrals and trades are subject to anti-fraud, AML, and eligibility review.

6.2 Company Rights.

Noble Gold may deny, refuse, or revoke payments if:

• the referral appears suspicious, incomplete, or fraudulent;
• the referrer or Referred Client violates these Terms; or
• AML or compliance concerns arise.

7. TAX OBLIGATIONS

7.1 Tax Reporting.

If a Referrer earns $600 or more in payments in a calendar year, Noble Gold may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and may issue a Form 1099-MISC.

7.2 Referrer Responsibility.

Referrer is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes on payments received.

8. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF PROGRAM

Noble Gold may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Payments earned prior to modification will be honored if all eligibility requirements are met.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

By submitting a referral, the Referrer represents that:

• they have the Referred Client's consent to share their name and contact information;
• Noble Gold may contact the Referred Client; and
• Noble Gold may use Referrer and Referred Client information to administer the Program.

Noble Gold's Privacy Policy applies.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Noble Gold is not liable for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted referrals;
• Noble Gold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Noble Gold's total liability is limited to the payment amount owed.

11. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.
